We want to shape a world where every young person is empowered with empathy, curiosity and courage no matter where they come from or where they’re headed.
Our workshops are deep dives into some of the most important skills for young people to thrive in work and life. We've designed these workshops with educators, changemakers and young people to create learning experiences that are relatable, relevant and truly empowering.
HERE'S WHAT MAKES OUR WORKSHOPS UNIQUE
1 HUMAN SKILLS ARE THE FOCUS OF OUR WORKSHOPS
Empathy, courage and curiosity. Our workshops embrace the complexity, reality and vulnerability inherent in these deeply human skills. We believe that growth happens in discomfort. That's why we aim to strike a beautiful balance between pushing you past your comfort zone, while creating a space that is inclusive and supportive.
"I really valued that other people were willing to put their emotions out there and let others know that they experience the same or similar thing that I may be experiencing or feeling."

CO-DESIGN EDUCATION TRANSFORMATION
WHAT IS CO-DESIGN & WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Co-design is about challenging the imbalance of power held within groups of individuals who make important decisions that impact people who aren't involved in decision making processes. Young people are most impacted by decisions relating to what and how they learn, but are rarely given genuine influence over shaping those decisions. We're using co-design to change that.
WHAT CAN I USE CO-DESIGN FOR IN EDUCATION?
We bring together teachers and students who take part in our workshops to use human skills to co-design solutions to issues relating to:
Culture (Supporting school communities to be more inclusive)
Learning experience & design (Making learning more relevant and relatable)
Learning environments (Designing more inclusive and stimulating physical environments)
Strategy & systems (Evolving the high level principles and processes that are fundamental to student learning journeys)
Here's our approach, leaning on design thinking methodology:
The design 'double diamond' process flows between divergent and convergent thinking as you explore problems, understand what you want to solve, create solutions and measure growth
You want to elevate and empower young people's voice, but aren't sure where to start or how to do so effectively.
Define a challenge you can take action on, a problem that students and teachers would both like to address. This phase is all about identifying unmet needs and wants of a school community.
IDENTIFY WHY PROBLEMS EXIST & OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHANGE
You've identified a problem but now need to understand why and how it exists.
This phase is all about communicating and listening to the school community. We help you cut through complexity, identifying why problems exists while searching for opportunities to solve them.
IDEATE & TEST SOLUTIONS
You've identified opportunities to solve the problem through culture, learning experience & design, learning environments, or strategy & systems. Now you need to develop creative solutions.
This phase is all about developing creative ideas to solve the problem and testing them. We are particularly passionate about using human skills like empathy, courage and curiosity as solutions but we let your young people lead the way.
MEASURE IMPACT & REFINE SOLUTIONS
You've built solutions, but want to ensure it is making as big an impact as possible.
This phase is all about measuring growth, unpacking what you've learnt along the way, and paving the way for youth led change moving forward.
